Jean Shrem, principal of Shrem Law Group, has 14 years of experience as an attorney.  She earned her J.D. Degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her B.A. Degree from UC Berkeley.  During the dot com era, Jean worked as in-house corporate counsel for software and technology companies.  She also spent six years as an active realtor in the East Bay area.  Jean started Shrem Law Group in 2001 and has also been a licensed real estate broker since 2002.  Jean specializes in, and speaks publicly on current topics in, the fields of Real Estate Law, Business Law and Intellectual Property Law.  She provides private consultation and legal services to individuals, serves as outside general counsel to small and medium sized businesses and provides overflow legal services to large corporations.
